Job Description
As a Senior Sales Manager you will drive revenue growth by implementing sales strategies, building client relationships and ensuring our hotel stays competitive in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue across all market segments.
- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients to get repeat business and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to align sales efforts.
- Operational Excellence: Use CRM to manage sales pipeline and generate sales reports.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Upholding IHG Standards: Demonstrate True Hospitality by providing excellent customer service and supporting company initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years hotel sales experience in a premium or luxury hotel brand.
- Language: Preferably Kuwaiti National or Arabic speaker with English fluency. Additional language is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM software; Opera experience is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
- Personality: Outgoing, professional, team player and stress resistant.
