Job Title: Helper (Data Entry and Customer Assistance)

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry and Maintenance

• Update, maintain and retrieve information from computer systems.
• Prepare source data by gathering and sorting information for entry.
• Process customer and account source documents by checking for deficiencies and ensure accurate entry.
• Verify entered customer and account data for consistency.

2. Customer Service and Assistance

• Help customers to find products and assist in-store services.
• Answer inquiries and ensure a good shopping experience.

3. Store Operations

• Support the team in restocking and inventory.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

4. Team Members Collaboration

• Work with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Assist in setting up promotional displays and other retail activities as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Graduate Diploma, DVM, DKM Level 4, DLKM Level 5.

Skills and Abilities

• Good attention to detail in data entry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data management system.
• Able to work in team oriented fast pace environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail, customer service or data entry will be an added advantage but not necessary.

Language Proficiency

• English is a must; additional languages will be an advantage.
