Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry and Maintenance
- Update, maintain and retrieve information from computer systems.
- Prepare source data by gathering and sorting information for entry.
- Process customer and account source documents by checking for deficiencies and ensure accurate entry.
- Verify entered customer and account data for consistency.
2. Customer Service and Assistance
- Help customers to find products and assist in-store services.
- Answer inquiries and ensure a good shopping experience.
3. Store Operations
- Support the team in restocking and inventory.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
4. Team Members Collaboration
- Work with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and other retail activities as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Graduate Diploma, DVM, DKM Level 4, DLKM Level 5.
Skills and Abilities
- Good attention to detail in data entry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data management system.
- Able to work in team oriented fast pace environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or data entry will be an added advantage but not necessary.
Language Proficiency
- English is a must; additional languages will be an advantage.
