Job Description and Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Managing daily restaurant operations to deliver great guest experience.
- Supervise and coordinate F&B team including servers, hosts and kitchen staff.
- Compliance to health and safety standards, food safety protocols.
- Handling guest queries, feedback and complaints.
- Managing staff schedules and attendance.
- Train new staff and provide ongoing guidance to improve team performance.
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering of supplies as required.
- Maintain restaurant ambiance and cleanliness to high standard.
- Work with management to implement promotional events and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in F&B industry.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Can handle pressure with composure and professionalism.
- CPR Certification and/or First Aid training is preferred but not required.
- Customer focused with problem solving skills.
- Shift work, including weekends and holidays.
Education
- Degree is not required; relevant experience in hospitality industry is highly preferred.
