Job Description and Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for:

Managing daily restaurant operations to deliver great guest experience.
Supervise and coordinate F&B team including servers, hosts and kitchen staff.
Compliance to health and safety standards, food safety protocols.
Handling guest queries, feedback and complaints.
Managing staff schedules and attendance.
Train new staff and provide ongoing guidance to improve team performance.
Monitor inventory and assist in ordering of supplies as required.
Maintain restaurant ambiance and cleanliness to high standard.
Work with management to implement promotional events and marketing activities.

Requirements

Supervisory experience in F&B industry.
Leadership and communication skills.
Can handle pressure with composure and professionalism.
CPR Certification and/or First Aid training is preferred but not required.
Customer focused with problem solving skills.
Shift work, including weekends and holidays.

Education

Degree is not required; relevant experience in hospitality industry is highly preferred.
