Job Description: Department Manager
Location: City Hypermarket, Al Kuwait, Kuwait

As a Department Manager you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver excellent customer service, efficient operations and sales. Your role will also include inventory management, staff motivation and ensuring the department is in line with the company’s vision and standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Welcome customers and deliver service on time as per quality and customer service standards.
- Operational Effectiveness: Implement company policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Team Leadership:
- Hold daily department meetings to communicate objectives and updates.
