Position Particulars

Compensation: Between $2,800 to $3,800 per calendar month.

Shifts and Timetable: Availability on Weekends and Public Holidays Required

Roles and Responsibilities

Undertaking the cleaning of dishes and maintenance of cleanliness within dining establishments and central culinary hubs.
No requirement to engage with clientele beyond the workspace confines; responsibilities are confined indoors.
Collaborate with the management team to strategize and realize task and project execution.
Assume the pivotal role of a communication liaison between the administrative hierarchy and the workforce.
Facilitate resolution of internal disputes and disputes among employees, serving as a mediator.
Provide cover in cases of employee medical leave or urgent absences, averaging around 10 days each month.
Carrying out any additional tasks or duties delegated by the supervising directors.

Capability to operate in diverse geographical locations across the island, and preparedness to commute to multiple sites daily.
Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
Prior work experience not obligatory.
Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal skills.
Possession of the physical stamina to endure prolonged periods of physically demanding labor while providing cover.
