Job Description: Responsibilities & Duties
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean the aircraft interiors (sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming and sanitizing)
- Ensure high cleanliness standards in seating areas, restrooms, galleys and aisles
- Restock cleaning supplies and amenities on flights.
Staff Management & Training
- Assist in recruitment, training and development of cleaning staff.
- Ensure all cleaning staff are aware of safety and hygiene procedures.
Scheduling & Planning
- Create and manage work schedules for cleaning personnel.
- Plan cleaning activities and recommend additional services if required.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure cleaning staff follow safety protocols and use the right cleaning equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and enforce company cleaning standards.
Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Check work quality and give feedback for improvement.
- Submit reports on cleanliness, client satisfaction and other KPIs.
- Troubleshoot issues like equipment breakdown or supply shortage.
Budgeting & Communication
- Prepare budgets and maintain financial records for cleaning services.
- Communicate with clients and other staff to ensure smooth cleaning operations.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in housekeeping or flight cleaning.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience in facility management, housekeeping, property management, cleaning, laundry, housekeeping management will be an added advantage.
