Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate at Azadea Group you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Greet customers, offer assistance and address their needs in a timely manner while maintaining high service standards.
• Restock and replenish store shelves to maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store.
• Assist customers by up-selling and cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on requests.
• Specific to Multimedia: Inform Department Manager of unavailable or non-performing products.
• Specific to Multimedia: Merchandise products based on sales trends, release dates and Department Manager recommendations.
• Specific to Multimedia: Achieve hourly and daily sales targets through up-selling and cross-selling.
• Receive and manage store shipments efficiently to prevent stock discrepancies and security risks.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Specific to Fashion: Take accurate measurements for alterations, assign prices according to company pricing lists and coordinate necessary alterations.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: High School Diploma
• Language Skills: English
• Technical Skills: MS Office
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in retail or customer service role
