Responsibilities
- Operate and set up machinery as per procedures.
- Identify and fix technical issues, maintenance and supervise repairs.
- Monitor machinery performance for smooth production.
- Improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and product quality.
- Check raw materials before production starts.
- Check finished products before dispatch to company standards.
- Use specialized tools to measure viscosity, hardness, density and pH of polymer materials.
- Analyze plant operations and fix any operational issues that arise.
- Lead and guide production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Support packaging and logistics team to meet order deadlines.
- Maintain and update production records, quality controls and material usage records.
- Work with R&D to improve product quality and innovation.
- Log daily production and report to management.
Requirements & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Materials Science, Biotechnology, Organic Chemistry, Polymer Science or related field.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; will be trained comprehensively.
