Job Responsibilities

As a Designer/Marketing Specialist you will be responsible to shape the company’s brand and product offerings. Your tasks will include:

Design:

• Design 2D/3D outdoor furniture and garden setups as per market trends and client requirements.

Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and increase brand visibility.

Sales and Promotion:

• Plan and execute sales and promotional campaigns to generate revenue and get new customers.

Content Creation:

• Design brochures, catalogs and social media graphics.
• Produce high quality videos for products, projects and promotional offers.

Market Research:

• Keep updated with industry trends, customer behavior and competitor strategies.

Compliance:

• Ensure all marketing and advertising materials are Baladiya compliant in Qatar.

Customer Engagement:

• Work with clients to deliver custom designs and marketing strategies.

Showroom Display:

• Design showroom layouts to increase visual appeal and customer engagement.

Campaign Management:

• Manage advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Branding:

• Maintain branding across all marketing activities.

Requirements

You should have:

• Arabic and English language skills (spoken and written).
• 2D/3D design software skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp) and video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Sales and marketing experience especially in furniture and garden industry.
• Knowledge of Baladiya regulations for advertising and signage.
• Creative skills and attention to detail in design and promotional content.
• Social media and digital marketing knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multi tasking and meeting deadlines.

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (preferable).
